Who can join?

Complete the application in four steps.

MNOAT membership is open to Tanzanian deck officers, engineers, and certified marine officers holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) issued by the Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC) or equivalent.

Valid CoC (Certificate of Competency) Provide matching details during the review flow to keep approval and ID generation accurate.
Tanzanian national or legally resident seafarer Provide matching details during the review flow to keep approval and ID generation accurate.
Currently serving or intending to serve on vessels Provide matching details during the review flow to keep approval and ID generation accurate.
