Women's Wing

The MNOAT Women's Wing supports the participation, visibility, and advancement of women in maritime professions. It creates space for mentorship, professional exchange, and practical support for women serving in the merchant navy and related maritime fields.

The wing also works with training institutions and industry partners to encourage more women to join and remain in maritime careers.
