The Merchant Navy Officers' Association of Tanzania (MNOAT) is the professional association for merchant navy officers in Tanzania. We exist to strengthen professionalism, promote maritime safety, and represent the interests of officers serving at sea and ashore.

Our work brings together deck officers, marine engineers, educators, regulators, and industry partners around the advancement of Tanzania's maritime profession.
