Tanzania's Maritime Officers, United


The Merchant Navy Officers Association of Tanzania (MNOAT) was established in 1986 in Dar es Salaam. We bring together deck officers, engineers, and other certified marine officers to advocate for maritime safety, professional standards, and the development of Tanzania's merchant navy.

Through advocacy, training, and international partnerships with bodies such as the IMO, IMLI, and WMU, MNOAT works to elevate the professional standing of Tanzanian maritime officers on the world stage.
